SPONSOR A CHILD
Our Faith
At Better Days Today, we believe in the transformative power of faith, compassion, and love. Guided by the principles of kindness and service, we are committed to uplifting the most vulnerable among us—providing orphaned children with the care, hope, and support they need to thrive. Our faith drives us to see the potential in every child and to trust in a brighter future for all.
We believe that through God’s grace, every child is deserving of love, opportunity, and the chance to grow in a nurturing environment. Together, with faith as our foundation, we strive to make a lasting impact, one life at a time.
STATEMENT OF FAITH
Better Days Today is an Evangelical Christian, non-denominational non-profit organization dedicated to caring for vulnerable children and cultivating self-sufficient communities in Uganda. Our mission is rooted in the teachings of Jesus Christ, and we strive to produce disciples who live out His love and compassion.
Through our various programs and initiatives, we aim to create environments where children can grow in their faith, develop life skills, and become leaders who will positively impact their communities and beyond.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. | 1 John 5:6-8
We believe that the only hope for humanity is to believe in Jesus Christ, the Son of God, who is fully God and fully man. Through faith in Christ’s life, death and resurrection, humankind is redeemed. | Romans 10:9-10,13; John 3:16, Ephesians 2:1-10
We believe that salvation is by grace through faith in Christ alone. Good works can never produce justification before God. We believe that the manifestation of grace and faith is a holy life expressed through righteous works. | Romans 3:21-30; Galatians. 4:4-7; Ephesians 2:8-10
We Believe in the imminent and personal return of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. | 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18, Revelation 22:20, John 14:3
Join us in our mission to bring hope, love, and the message of Jesus Christ to the children of Uganda.
